A Conversation with "Pulped Under Pressure" Curators Reni Gower and Melissa Potter
Description
Join us for an evening of conversation with the curators of the USM Art Gallery's current exhibition, "Pulped Under Pressure." With traditional hand papermaking at its core, "Pulped Under Pressure" underscores important contemporary issues steeped in history and craft. The conversation will include the history of papermaking, the backstory about the art and artists in "Pulped Under Pressure," and a few additional contemporary artists also working with handmade paper. There will be plenty of time for a Q&A.
