I’m an occupational therapist and a driving instructor. I am an essential worker as an OT, but I am waiting on the DECD and the BMV on the driving instruction side. I have a plan, but the DECD and BMV have not met yet. Can I get started anyway?
Jen Elkins

Sorry if you covered this and I missed it, but is it legal/ok to deny entrance if someone isn't wearing a mask? What if they get ugly about it?
Chrystina Gastelum

We are massage therapists and planning, in addition to PPE, temp checks, new air conditioners, hand hygiene etc, we are also planning to shift our schedule to a 4-on, 10-off schedule to reduce our likelihood of transmitting virus to clients if one of them infects us. It’s not perfect, but we see it as a backup plan.

I am going to need to look into forms of electronic payment from customers, or some other forms of contactless payment, so that we won't have to handle cash or checks. We do not currently have anything of that nature in place at this point.

I have a personal question. I am being seen by a chiropractor. I thought that because they were seeing me, that was allowed by the State. Someone said something that made me realize that the chiropractor should not be seeing patients...This chiropractor is a "resistor"....My question is: Am I in trouble if I am patronizing a business that should not be open?
Annette Breau

We need to look into completely changing the workspace from one location to another on the property in order to make it safer for the customers as well as ourselves. We would need to find out what we could qualify for in order to make that happen.
Adam Belanger

We provide safety training classes that require people to come together in one location. We'll be holding the class at a hotel meeting space and following the 6ft rule for the classroom, but we often have workers from surrounding states coming, how is that handled during this with the mandatory quarantine ? Is it up to us to verify?
Alison Lane
59:28
Consistency in enforcement will be key. Train employees appropriately of course..but don't expect employees to want to have the hard conversations with customers.

will an employee be negatively effected or otherwise refused some benefits if they are called back to work and because they are afraid of exposure still do not want to go...
