How long does it take you to setup?

Do you hand out rack cards and collect bcards?

If you are providing food samples, should they be in napkins or containers? Should the customer serve themselves or should you serve them?

Did I miss the description of "rack card?"

I've seen many booths were logos are on the table cloths, drawing the eyes down, would you recommend against it?

This question is for Dillon: Do you ever have a buyer pay at the show? Last show we were planning to send invoices and most buyers paid then and there (we offered a flat rate shipping). Would you recommend this?

Hey there what is your source for lighting? And have you ever used a battery pack to power your lighting instead of renting lighting at the venue?

I’ve seen a lot of food companies set their food across the entire front side of their booth and it seems like they need that much space to lay food samples out, but it blocks the entire booth from anyone entering it. Is it better to have all samples available across the front to draw people to your booth? Or to have just a couple out so you can let people into the booth?

where do you go to for booth design that are easy to transport?
