Webinar - American Seafood Harvesters Marketing Practices Survey

Launched in March 2023, the American Seafood Harvesters Marketing Practices Survey aims to bring attention to the critical role the seafood sector plays in supporting the domestic food system. This webinar will provide information about the national survey of direct seafood marketers, particularly why such a survey is necessary and how the survey's findings could be useful to the seafood sector, researchers, funders, and policymakers.

The survey is being implemented by the University of Maine and the Local Catch Network. The survey's funding partners are NOAA Fisheries and the US Department of Agriculture (USDA).

Interested participants will need to register in advance to attend the live webinar. If you are unable to attend the webinar, a recording will be publicly accessible on the Local Catch website (localcatch.org/research/) as well as the survey's website (umaine.edu/marine/seafood-marketing-survey/).
